”We were thrilled to be Preservation Hall's very first wedding, and our day there couldn't have been more beautiful. The upstairs hall was perfect for our ceremony, from the light shining through the stained glass windows to the incredible hand-carved doors at the entrance”.
“The downstairs hall and garden provided just the relaxed, yet elegant atmosphere that we wanted for our reception. Our guests loved the garden-party feeling of the afternoon.”
“Heather's 50th party was a smashing success. everyone had a blast but most important, Heather had the best time ever! Preservation Hall is truly a wonderful place and such a special gift to our town.”

“We are very happy that we made the decision to use Preservation Hall for both our ceremony and reception. It was just perfect. We truly appreciate you working with us to make our dream come true! Everything went so smoothly on Saturday and everyone seemed so happy. Our guests remarked over and over again how beautiful the Hall was.”
"I'm delighted I chose to hold the party at Pres Hall! You were all wonderful. The guests had a great time and just loved the Hall. Everyone wants to have an event there now!"
"Wellfleet Preservation Hall proved to be the perfect location for our wedding. This beautifully restored/updated former church on Main Street offers a fantastic setting for an event such as ours. We chose to have our ceremony in the upstairs space, follwoed by the reception downstairs, and into the lush backyard. The Hall functioned and flowed fantatically; allowing guests to interact freely in this pristine setting. Preservation hall has more than enough to work with and accommodate the needs of just about any event, and we'd certainly recommend it for a wedding."
"My daughter's wedding at Wellfleet Preservation Hall could not have been more beautiful. THe restoration of the Hall is gorgeous, the tent in the yard looked simply beautiful at dusk, and the event coordintor could not have been more helpful and lovely. So many guests have told us that our wedding was the best they ever attended."
"Preservation Hall was the perfect Cape Cod location to have both our wedding ceremony and reception. The setting is both traditional and unique all at the same time. There are several options both indoors and out which allowed us to customize everything from beginning to end. We had the ceremony inside, followed by dinner under a tent outside, and then dancing back inside the Hall. The Hall has a top-notch sound system, and even has a video projector, which we used during our ceremony. The outdoor space is beautiful and has several areas that are great for pictures. The staff was very helpful in recommending and working with the vendors during the weeks and months leading up to the wedding."
Rarely does one find oneself understanding that, "in this moment, I am presently experiencing the best moment of my life." This was the sensation that both Nina and I felt with great clarity during the entirety of our wedding at Wellfleet Preservation Hall. Of course this had much to do with the warmth, love and excitement wafting from our friends in the pews and on the dance floor; however, Jenna and her staff had a large hand in this once-in-a-lifetime evening. They were organized, understanding and accommodating to all of our wants and needs. They were personable and genuine and a delight as hosts. The wedding hall itself strikes a perfect balance of space and intimacy, and we felt neither cramped nor swallowed up in the space. Warm, amber rays of light made their way through the windows as we looked out upon our friends and family. The room was filled with electric excitement, smiles and joyful energy. We were most happily married.
We paraded out the front door to a second line jam with all of our loved ones in tow, to the cocktail hour space. The outdoor tent and tables were beautifully and impeccably arranged in the green garden space behind the hall. Birds chirped as we feasted on lobsters and seafood, wine and cake. Toasts were heaped at us, and I felt like grateful but incapable hands, attempting to hold on to the speeches of friends and family as they sieved through my heart. Not versed in weddings to the point of fluency (this was my first, after all ;)), I was assisted in the cutting of the cake by one of Jenna's co-workers, and I most certainly would have mangled the cake without her. Thanks! The coup de grace, though, was the dance floor. Echoing the feel of the wedding hall, it too provided an ample but intimate space. Literally everyone danced, and most danced their butts off, to Nina and my great joy. Any successful celebration is topped off with a lively and raucous dance, and our wedding was no exception. The lighting was spectacular, the band amazing and the sound spot on. I would highly recommend Wellfleet's Preservation Hall to anyone on the Cape or off who is looking for a place to get hitched. There is literally nothing Nina or I would change about the best day of our lives."
