Alissa Krieger-DeWitt will guide you through a super fun, super effective Zumba dance class. Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Zumba fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total body workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility and boosted energy. We welcome and encourage all ages and all abilities!
