The Step Up Internship Program is a three-month professional development experience designed to prepare emerging, underserved arts professionals with fluency in non-profit arts administration and leadership. Interns will provide support across WPH’s programs, fundraising efforts, and marketing strategies.
This internship is designed to create an expansive view of the many facets of an arts and culture organization and non-profit administration while remaining flexible and responsive to the needs, interests, and aspirations of the intern.
With a commitment to systemic allyship and the diversification of the non-profit arts sector, we encourage Black, Indigenous, and other persons of color to apply.
